Knowing the outcome, or what we want to achieve is the first step, this could be anything but usually its a feeling.. I want to feel more powerful, stronger, fitter.. but the real goal is the why behind it... "I want to feel fitter and stronger so I can (climb stairs without getting breathless, age gracefully, improve at my chosen sport, run around after my son without being winded, go on adventures at the weekend, look at myself in the mirror and smile) all of these are fantastic goals to have.. but why do you want what you want?

If there was 1 piece of advice I had to give to someone its this... There will never be a perfect moment to begin something, but it doesn't mean its not the right time to start. Every single one of my clients that got the best results knew this exact thing.

What is Personal Training?

What services do you offer?

I offer a variety of services, including:

One-on-One In Person Training: This is limited to 3-5 clients MAX due to the bespoke packages we create around the clients needs.

Semi Private: High Energy, High Accountability and support and also tailored for all levels. for men and women that want to get amazing results and build exercise into their every day life who are ready to commit to change.

Do I need to be fit to start personal training?

Not at all! Personal training is for everyone, no matter your starting point. Whether you're a beginner, returning to exercise after a break, or looking to enhance your current fitness level. I’ll create a program that matches your abilities and gradually challenges you as you improve.

How does the process work?

It begins with an initial consultation, where we’ll discuss your goals, fitness history, and any limitations you might have. From there:

  • We will complete a movement assessment.

  • I’ll design a personalized program tailored to your needs.

  • We’ll schedule regular training sessions to work on exercises, track progress, and adjust the plan as needed.

  • I’ll provide ongoing support, motivation, and accountability throughout your fitness journey.

How soon can I expect to see results?

Results vary based on your starting point, consistency, and goals. Many clients start feeling better and noticing small improvements in 2-4 weeks, with visible changes often appearing around the 6-8 week mark. I’ll monitor your progress and make adjustments to maximize results.

What should I bring to a training session?

  • Comfortable workout clothing and athletic shoes.

  • A water bottle to stay hydrated.

  • A towel for sweat.

  • If we’re training outdoors wear weather-appropriate clothing.

How long are the training sessions?

Each session typically lasts 45 - 60 minutes. This allows us to complete a self guided warm-up, the main workout, and a cool-down / Finisher while addressing your fitness goals effectively.

How often should I train with a personal trainer?

The frequency depends on your goals, schedule, and budget. Many clients train 2-3 times per week, but even one session per week combined with independent workouts can yield results. I’ll help you find a routine that works best for you.

Do you provide meal plans?

While I’m not a licensed dietitian, I offer general nutritional advice to help you make healthier food choices that support your goals. For more detailed dietary plans, I can refer you to a qualified nutritionist or dietitian.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. This allows me to adjust my schedule and offer the slot to another client. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
